          With reference to the Deputy Director Food Rawalpindi Division Letter No. FB                                       dated                             (copy enclosed for ready reference) with a copy to Al-Khalid Flour Mills, Attock and our meeting dated                                on the subject cited above and to capitulate that despite of your order to the Deputy Director (P) for the issuance of Letter we have not yet been received the same.

          It is pertinent to mention that we have already made an agreement with the District Food Controller, Attock after the completion of all formalities according to the existing interim release / Milling policy issued by the Secretary Food Punjab in exercise of powers conferred under section 3 of the Punjab Food Stuffs (control) Act 1958.

          Therefore, you are supplicatingly requested to issue orders in consonance of the deputy Director Food Rawalpindi letter referred above where in the concerned Deputy Director submitted for approval.

          We shall highly be obliged for the favorable consideration.
