INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORONARY PATIENT

1. Be sure to take hot water steam two to three times a day.
2.  Avoid cold and sour foods completely.
3. In case of street inflammation, cough and itching, take 500 mg AZOMAX one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening.
4. In case of fever and body aches take two tablets of Panadol in the morning, afternoon and evening.
5. Dissolve vitamin C tablet CAC 1000 in one water daily.
6.  Take Vitamin D tablet on Sunny D after 15 days.
7. Use more hot drinks such as yakni, soup, decoction, tea.
8. Drink ORS in water to avoid dehydration.
9. Drink Sana Mickey's coffee once a day. Which has to be made in the following way?
10. Boil seven to eight leaves in two cups of water. After cooking for ten minutes, strain the coffee and drink it warm. Stop drinking coffee if you have an upset stomach.
11.  In case of stomach upset, take Flygel tablet once a day.
12.  In case of difficulty in breathing, be sure to check your oxygen level with Oximeter which is necessary to go to the hospital if it is below 90. If there are corona wards in Mayo Hospital and Service Hospital in Lahore, go there immediately.
13. The coronary patient should keep himself separate from the rest of the family. It is better to stay in a separate room. If there is no separate house, stay in a separate corner of the room. Try to wear a mask in this case.
14. Separate your eating utensils and do not wash them at the place where the rest of the household utensils are washed.
15. Wash the washroom thoroughly after use so that the rest of the household is not affected.
16.  If the patient has to go to the doctor, he should wear a mask so that other people are not affected.
17. The rest of the family should not use the clothes and bed of the infected patient. Wash the clothes of such patient separately from the rest of the family.
18.   Infected patients wash or sanitizer their hands frequently.
