We can transcribe the copy text from the
handwritten original (photocopied or scanned to us) or from printed original
copy, e.g. books, PDF files, old typed documents, etc.

Our workflow is managed through secure
systems. We do not store or share information. Full information on our systems
will be provided to you.
Copies of our ICO registration document,
confidentiality policies and staff Confidentiality Agreements are available on
request. We are also happy to sign any NDAs you may have.
Clients
typically either use a handheld voice recorder (e.g. Olympus, Philips). A smartphone can also be used to record digital audio
via an app – ask us for our recommendations.

I offer proofreading and editing of a full
range of materials and can use industry editing symbols where required on
written copy, or on screen using the Microsoft Word Comments feature.
